They found the lost Sen-Toku submarine aircraft carrier.
I'm a bit surprised America didn't pick this idea up, after the WW2, I mean a submarine air craft carrier, would've scared the crap out of the Ruskies.

Why didn't they pick it up? Well, there once was this planned aircraft carrier called the USS United States that was cancelled so the USAF could get more B-36s. Oh, and the opinion later on that nukes would make conventional aircraft carriers obsolete
